Everything about your engagement, in one place
Existing clients get a sign in. Rather than a trail of email attachments and a shared folder nobody maintains, the portal holds the current version of everything: what was agreed, what is in progress, what it is waiting on, and what has been invoiced.
- Meeting notes
- What was agreed on each call, in writing. Searchable, so "what did we say about the tender pack" takes seconds rather than a scroll back through an inbox.
- Concepts and proposals
- Every proposal and concept in one place, with the current version marked as current. No more working from a PDF attached to an email in March.
- Projects and status
- What is in progress, what it is waiting on, and who has it. Including the things waiting on you, which is usually the honest answer to why something has not moved.
- Terms and conditions
- The terms that apply to your engagement, as signed, with the date they were agreed. Not a generic copy from the website.
- Payments
- Invoices raised, what has been paid, and what is outstanding. No chasing an accounts inbox to find out.
- Feedback
- Somewhere to say what is working and what is not, without waiting for the next call. Read by a person, not routed into a ticket queue.

A client account shows that client’s own engagement and nothing else. Commercial notes, pipeline and anything to do with other clients are never visible in the portal, by design rather than by permission setting.
