AI Metric is founder-led and built on more than twenty years in Tier 1 construction delivery. Not twenty years reading about construction, or selling software to it. Twenty years inside it, on real projects, with real deadlines, real risk and real consequences when the paperwork is wrong.

That background is the whole point. The construction industry is being approached by a wave of AI consultants who have never produced a tender, chased an RFI, defended a valuation or lived through a delay claim. They arrive with generic tools and generic language, and they automate the things that are easy to demo rather than the things that actually cost contractors money.

We do the opposite. Because we have done the work, we know where the hours really go and where mistakes really hurt. We know that a method statement is not just a document, that a common data environment is not just a folder, and that a tool the site team resents will simply never be used. That knowledge means we scope the right problems, build things people will actually adopt, and stay honest about where AI helps and where it must not be trusted.

We are deliberately not a large agency. Engagements are hands-on, practical and measured against time saved and errors avoided, not against a deck. We work with your existing systems and your existing people, and we leave you with documented, maintainable tools rather than a dependency on us. When we recommend Claude and a particular approach, it is because it is the right fit for the job, not because it is what we happen to sell.
