AI Metric products
Other solutions
Alongside consultancy, AI Metric builds and runs its own products for the built environment, on the web and on the App Store.
Weather Metric: free site weather
Free site weather for UK construction, on iPhone and the web, with no sign-up. Set your crane, pour and rain limits once for each site, and the forecast is checked against them every day.
- A 10 day forecast from up to five national models, including the Met Office
- Measured rainfall from named Environment Agency gauges
- A 48 hour board, a crane view, and the 07:00 brief by email
- A PDF weather report with a QR code for the site briefing
Designed, built and published on the App Store by AI Metric. iOS 16 or later.
Construction Metric: AI site diary
Your site team already writes the diary in WhatsApp. Construction Metric captures messages, photos and voice notes from the site group and turns them into a structured, branded daily site diary, emailed every evening and archived in a project portal.
- WhatsApp listener: no new apps for the site team
- Weather, labour, plant, progress, deliveries, delays, H&S
- Multi-project portal with messages, media and calendar
- Programme export (beta): planned vs actual into Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and Microsoft Project, with the evidence attached
Client accounts are issued per project by AI Metric.
Construction Metric: Pack Builder
Search a curated directory of facade, building envelope and fire-stopping products, build a pack, and download a Verified Document Manifest: an audit-ready PDF recording every document source link, revision and verification history.
- Curated product and document directory
- Weekly link and content-hash verification
- Submittal-ready manifest PDFs in one click
Beta access uses a shared login supplied by AI Metric.
